It has become home and acted as an incubator for some of the best known London independent retailers. We worked to develop an identity that echoed the spirit of the creative entrepreneur.
Taking reference from the unique shape of the space nestled between tracks, roads and buildings. The flexible identity retains the rough around the edges, humble beginnings of the market. Whilst taking the brand to a more contemporary, and solid visual language.
Identities for human-centric brands, and especially those acting as an umbrella to diverse independent retailers, demand an identity system that is flexible. It has to allow for growth, scale and variation. The visual system in place allows for residents to have their own voice under the umbrella market brand and communicate in a down-to-earth, human tone.
